Roster Evaluation: Joel Pryzbilla

Joel is a quality NBA center who needs to stay in Portland if this team is to be successful in the future. He is a top rebounder, shot blocker and defender for his position, and his work ethic is unparalleled. He has made great strides in both his free-throw shooting and his quickness, and doesn't show any signs of slowing improvement. He is a talented athlete who has the ability to function within an offense that doesn't require him to do anything more than be a competent passer and work a good pick and roll. The bottom line is that I can not say a bad thing about this guy (other than the fact that he has a past history of nagging injuries but has shown tremendous resiliency) and he needs to stay in Portland. Scroll down to sign an ongoing letter to Joel to help convince him to stay in Portland.

Joel is definately the future 5 of this franchise. I believe his dad about his free throw shooting. If he can eventually get it up to 70% it would make our team less vulnerable.
